Boronia Marsala All-uovo isa dessert wine, rich in flavour but not overly sweet, and forms the basis of the italian confection Zabagliona. In association with Italian culture, Boronia was names after a scented Western Australian wildflower, which itself was names after an italian botanist, Francesco Borone. This Marsala consists of rich fruit characters of raisins, dried pears and apricots, with subtle notess of walnut and spice.
