Available in white, orange and blue, this orange-flavoured liqueur is made from the dried peel of bitter oranges found on the Caribbean island of Curacao. Often used to provide colour in mixed drinks, and in cocktails such as the refreshingingly, cool 'Blue Lagoon'.
