The monumental 2013 red wine vintage in the Barossa has produced a Shiraz with deep colour and a bouquet of dark forest fruits with a hint of chocolate and vanilla in the back- ground. This is a full bodied, richly flavoured wine with soft, velvet tannins and while drinking beautifully now can be cellared with confidence for another 5-10 years if so desired.
